“After reading most recent reviews, I was concerned.  Once we got out and looked around, we realized there was nothing to be concerned about.  It was well-maintained, clean, had shade trees.  When we arrived, we saw the manager mowing grass.  The roads were smooth and appeared newly groomed.  The property has recovered from hurricane and ownership transition.  New owners were very accommodating.  The laundry has new machines and new furniture.  There didn’t use to be an office.  Now a cute tiny home across from the laundry is set up as the office. The ducks are friendly.  We saw turtles and deer also.  Fishing was fun.  There are other amenities they plan to add, so the new owner offered us 1 free night on a return trip.  I’ll be glad to take them up on it!”
